Phinemm Nelson
Founder and Visionary
Phinemm Nelson, our founder has over 22 years of teaching and performance experience with a passion for mastering the beautiful art of singing and has trained hundreds of aspiring artists and performers.
You will find Miss Phi behind the scenes as she focuses and dedicates her time to mentoring her team and training up and coming vocal teachers and leaders.

Abby Sklenar
Ambassadors | Vocal | Piano Mentor
A lover of everything musical, Miss Abby has been a part of the Vocalise family for over 8 years. Abby started her journey at Vocalise as a vocal and piano student, representing our academy as an Ambassador followed by becoming a gradate of VTTP program. Today, Abby nurtures and encourages our community of talented musicians and performers through her inspiring musicianship skills and passion for music.

Felicia is passionate about connecting with her students. With her love and passion for fitness and performing arts, Felicia heads our On Broadway program inspiring and empowering our students through her engaging activities and magic power of identifying our student's potential and supporting them through their musical journey.

Mackenzie is the connector and communicator in all areas of the academy. He has a knack with streamlining applications and programs allowing us to systemise and complete tasks with ease.
He is our team and family support and with a quiet and calm demeanour, Mackenzie keeps us organised and looking great!
Joel Sandblom
Vocal | Guitar | InsInc Program Mentor
My passion for teaching strives from seeing my students grow in both their love for music and through the skills they learn. I encourage every student to try their best and have fun whilst reaching their goals. Our live performances allows my students to demonstrate their skills whilst enjoying the experience of a live stage performance. Completing the VTTP program has given me the confidence and practical skills contributing to my confidence in pursuing my Masters of Music Teaching.
Annie Titone
Broadway Babies | Vocal Mentor
With a natural flair for nurturing and encouraging our babies of the school, Miss Annie absolutely loves working with our Broadway Babies. As a VTTP graduate along with a Primary School Teaching degree, Miss Annie applies her skills and knowledge to her lesson plans incorporating activities that evoke creativity, exploration and love of music and performing arts.
Lesley O'Regan
Piano | Vocal | InsInc Mentor
Lesley has a strong passion for sharing her knowledge and experience in music and performing arts with others. Her focus on continually learning and developing her skills is contagious and encourages others to do the same.
Lesley has recently completed the VTTP program and is excited to share her knowledge of vocals and piano with her students in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

Andrew is one of our most vibrant members of our dream team. He brings our classes to life and has a magnetic positive attitude that makes us all smile. An important role supporting our team and cast members, Andrew is our cheerleader by inspiring, encouraging and bringing out the best in every person who meets him.
His passion for creative arts, music and performance along with his decades of experience in the Music Industry, we are very much blessed to have him on our team.
